High-Protein Delicious Banana Bread (16g Protein Per Slice)

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups oat flour (or blended oats)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (about 60g)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash bananas.
Add eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if using.
Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
